Acted as joint advisor and project manager for Duke Street Capital and Europa Capital in the sale of the SandpiperCI bars and restaurants businesses, brewery and drinks distribution business, completed in July 2008.Acted as Advisor and Project Manager to Duke Street Capital and Europa Capital in the refurbishment of the St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey, the Island’s largest hotel, spa and conference venue, completed in November 2009.
